Hallmark Jewellers sells only to customers who are resident in the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Orders outside of these countries will not be processed, no orders will be dispatched to any address outside of these countries.
Products showcased on hallmarkjewellers.ie are not shown true to size nor binding as to detail. With photography techniques and screen defaults, products can appear smaller or larger on our website. We aim to keep images true to size but on occasion we will use tools to augment size.
All of our products are priced in Euro and includes Value Added Tax. Please note that our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Every effort that is made on the website is to ensure that all information recorded e.g. product descriptions and details are accurate. If any errors occur we will correct them as soon as possible. If there is a very unlikely possibility that our product price is shown at a different price we will at discretion cancel the order, inform the consumer of the cancellation and contact the consumer detailing further instructions regarding the product. We may arrange for a substitute item of the correct price to be supplied to you. All consumers are entitled to reject this substitute item in which a refund of purchase will be addressed as soon as possible. If an order has been dispatched, you the consumer will be required to pay the difference between the actual price or lower price. In addition to this, the consumer can return the product with at their own expense including the original packaging and paperwork for a full refund.
Due to order volumes, on rare occasion an item can go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on our website. If this occurs, we will notify you by telephone call or e-mail as soon as possible to arrange a refund or a substitute order. This replacement will be of the equivalent of the previous product pricing. You are entitled to reject the substitute item in which we will arrange a refund of the purchase price to you as soon as possible.
When you decide to purchase an item from hallmarkjewellers.ie we will process and fulfil all orders. We will receive your information such as your name, address, email address, contact telephone number and product items through our secure payment gateway Stripe. When the order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. All orders must be paid in advance, credit and debit cards are debited as soon as the order is placed.
Once all of the order is placed we will then contact you again detailing your order process and dispatching. A binding contract is formed via email confirming your order has been accepted and despatched. Goods will then be despatched as soon as the order is confirmed and payment is cleared. All orders processed are fully insured and may require a signature to acknowledge the receipt of delivery.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind you may return the item purchased to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items must be returned in original packaging in the same condition they arrived to you both unworn and unmarked with all packaging and paperwork provided with the goods.
All goods returned for refund or exchanged must be fully insured by you at your own expense. All goods must be sent via registered post. Please provide a covering letter with your details and how you wish to proceed with your refund or exchange.
Please ensure you contact Hallmark through email or our Waterford store if you intend to return an item via registered post. This is for added security and will help us process the refund or exchange as soon as possible. In-store exchanges or returns are available with proof of purchase via confirmation email in our store inline with our Returns Policy.
We aim to process your refund or exchange within 21 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
If you do not receive your order in 30 days of the expected delivery date and we at Hallmark Jewellers confirm you of your order, it is your responsibility to contact us within 40 days of the original order date stating the problem. We are not liable for any errors that aren’t addressed within this time period.
